Established in 2011, the team is managed by the Duwamish Rugby Board and coached by Uĝur Schout.

The current Duwamish jersey is entirely green, with the Devine Athletics logo and the DRU seal on the front, along with a white collar. The change kit was announced to be an all-blue jersey, but was changed to add green shorts in April 2011.
